Apartment building 1036 smells like an ashtray 24/7 because they allow smoking inside! Your clothes will stink, your carpets will stink, our walls even smell like cigarettes. It's unbearable!
There are apartments that have much more space, for less money, that don't allow smoking. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! MANAGEMENT IS UNRESPONSIVE!
Edit: I didn't even mention that contractors will invade your privacy about 10 times a year just to meet inspections. Everything is incredibly cheaply done and will need redone within 6 months.
The front desk employee, not the manager, is incredibly rude and will yell at you on the phone.
The only positive part about living here has been how quick Dave, the maintenance manager, gets back to you and fixes problems.
Everything else is garbage.
