        DOG OWNERS BEWARE! The only reason this place gets one star is because of Jay, the kindest person to work at the leasing office. Im surprised more people arent reviewing the poop fest that is occurring at The Residences at Annapolis Junction. You cannot step even a few feet while walking your dog without seeing dog feces all over the grass. Ive complained several times throughout a couple years and no action was implemented from the leasing office except an Im sorry. At minimum, my dog and I step in dog feces once a week. Apparently, this leasing office has never heard of zoonotic diseases. This is a health hazard just waiting to happen. If youre a pet owner, please be weary of living here as your chances of going to poop fest will be high.

        Just have to first give 5 stars to Ms. Jasimon. Her tour was by far the best tour of a living place I've ever been on. Jasimon and Chris are amazing, been very helpful and informative. Beautiful place with nice very nice amenities. Great energy and vibes.

        The staff are very responsive and caring. Miss Jay has been my auntie since I moved and everything about her is just caring. Thank you team and especially Miss Jay for helping me have a smooth transition and enjoy my stay here. It sure did become my home.

        I cant say enough about the professionalism and courtesy Ive received from the leasing office. Mrs.Richardson takes great pride in the community, the members and her career. She goes above and beyond for the residents and is extremely helpful and pleasant. This has been by far the best experience Ive had with becoming a new resident.
