Started going to Singer due to the convenience of its location in relation to my house. So glad I did. More than 15 years later and multiple cars, I would not trust my repairs to anywhere else. Even after moving father away over the years they are my shop. Locally owned, honest and transparent. Ive never been pressured into repairs or services that I could not justify. Brian and Mike have been there running the show as long as I can remember, no one wants to take a car in for repairs but Im glad to go there every time one is needed.

Best automechanic shop I've ever been to. Feels like family. They are always truthful and explain everything in detail. With being on the spectrum it is very hard to trust anymore after years of being lied to by car repair places... but they made me feel welcome and accepted from day one. I've been going here for years and couldn't be happier.
I've also had family and friends go now also! Wouldn't dream of ever going anywhere else.

Brought new car in for state inspection. Picked up the car and drove home. The car had a flat. I brought it back and they told me they saw a nail in my tire when they inspected it. Never told me. Never offered to fix it before I left. They claimed they made a comment on the inspection report. I just reviewed it. They didn't.
While I waited for them to fix and charge me for the tire, another customer came in complaining about his experience and problems. They treated him pretty poorly and he left defeated.
I don't know what to believe. Won't be coming back. That's for sure!

Took the car in for a leaking master cylinder. It also needed parking brake cable housing replaced. They did an inspection and found the one brake caliper was not moving right. It probably just needed to be disassembled and lubed, but I had them replace it. They returned the car saying it was fixed, but the brakes were still spongy with the pedal able to go to the floor. I took it back to them and it took them 3 days before letting me know they wouldn't fix the brakes because they couldn't handle the job. They had the car a total of 8 days. On top of this, when they replaced the brake caliper they didn't even flush the brake fluid. They did manage to replace the parking brake cable, though I'm not sure that justifies the 2 star rating I'm giving
