Szechuan Express

I went to pick up food today and was discriminated against. The place was packed with about six people. I watched as the employee greeted and helped the other individuals. I walked up to the counter and was greeted. I said, hello Im here to pick up. The employee then pointed to the right and said door dash orders are over there. I notified the employee that I WAS NOT A DOOR DASH DRIVER and I used the call in order service that this place offers. Im not sure if its the fact that I am BLACK with a baseball cap that made her think I was a door dash driver. I saw the employee help other people and I never heard her ask any of the white people were they door dash drivers. I will NOT be going back to support this business as I feel like I was attacked as a black woman. The food was okay but the SERVICE WAS POOR!!!!!

E ARE NEW TO THE AREA AND DECIDED TO TRY THIS PLACE , ONCE THE FOOD WAS READY TO BE PAID FOR THE MY HUSBAND HANDED HIM THE CARD HE PROCEEDED WITH THE PURCHASE. THEN HE PLACED THE CARD ON THE COUNTER WHILE MY HUSBAND HAND WAS WAITING THERE FOR HIM TO PUT THE CARD BAK IN , HE THEN ROLLED HIS EYES AND ANSWERED HIS PHONE . AFTER WE GAVE A VERY NICE TIP. I HOPE THIS ISN'T THE WAY YOUR COMPANY TREAT ALL YOUR COSTUMERS. WE WERE REALLY DISAPPOINTED ANDWILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. IT'S REALLY SAD THAT PEOPLE STILL TREAT OTHERS LIKE THAT THESE DAYS.

I have been trying to find decent Chinese food in this area. Every place we go the food is tasteless or very heavily soaked in soy sauce. The wontons were perfect and the egg drop soup was delicious. The fried rice was juicy and not dried out. This is my new Chinese take out.

I called and Ordered on 2-10-2024 my.way home from work at 6:35. A Man answered the phone.wow so rude. If Kings Chinese CARRY out was open I would have went there. Arrived for my pick up and could not have been greeted with the same man with a huge negative attitude. Wow and I was the customer. Ordered Crab Won Tons, Hot and Sour Soup and Chicken w/ Broccoli.I then Paid and of course NO thank you or customer appreciation. When I Got home the paper bag was drenched w/ sauce. REALLY. I guess trying this place again was not a good idea. If your not happy and are an employee or the owner wake up! .if it was not for customers you would. Not be able to stay open. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!Go to Kings
