        Christine and the team goes above and beyond for her customers. Was doing an online pick up, and there was a sale going on so unfortunately the item I wanted wasn't available in an assortment of flavors so my online pick up was cancelled. I didn't received notification due to a Peapod error, but the pick up team member Austin called me to let me know. This is life so I was okay with this, it was the last day of the sale and I just ASKED could this be honored in the future due to the inconvience and management Sidney was available and she approved my request. Christine then later assisted me with a Peapod question, reassured me that my request would be honored and even called me to let me know when all my flavors were in stock and held them for me when they came in stock. Vicki was also very kind and punctual when bringinh my order to the car. Customer Service is on a whole 'nother level!

        This store is going downhill fast. The store is struggling with shoplifting and making an absolute nightmare to shop for everyone. Self checkout is impossible to use. Management has turned up the sensitivity of the checkout scales and reduced the time between scanning and bagging. Last several times have all required assistance. Then there are only a handful of open cashiers. Shop elsewhere and avoid the stress.
