Ordered repair parts for truck. The service department representative was very helpful inspecting the damage and ordering the required repair parts.
When parts arrived the service department called and the truck dropped off. The truck was ready the same day. The repair was completed satisfactorily with no issues. The repair actually cost less then the original quote.
I highly recommend Cook Chrysler Dodge Ram they went above and beyond with the repair of our fleet truck. Outstanding service.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership about 2 months ago. 1st they had to re-inspect it days after I purchased, because the inspection expired before they could process the title and tags. Very inconvenient. 2nd, apparently it wasn't a thorough inspection because my brakes are already grinding! I barely drive the thing! There was no lense on the tag light

Cook Automotive's associates - Patrick, Bruce, Dan, Tavion and Jason made buying experience easy with little pressure. Tavion did a great job going over Ram Connect and services and the electronics. This is my first experience with Cook and I will be back if in the market again. I have been a Chevy guy my whole life, but after having took possession of an 2010 Ram 1500 from my elderly father I was so impressed I upgraded to a used Ram 2500 6.4L Hemi. I then decide too upgrade to a diesel 3500. This is the first new vehicle I purchased in years, Cook's people made it easy.

After having a deal fall apart at a local incompetent dealer I went on the hunt for a 2022 ram 2500 which lead me to cooks. Only hitch was it is 420 miles away from my house in New Hampshire. After reaching out and speaking with kamau we loosely talked numbers as to the purchase price and the trade in value of my truck. After a couple conversations I felt more then comfortable moving forward with the deal and making the trip down to Maryland. After a six hour ride I arrived at the dealer to my new truck sitting out front detailed waiting for me. Kamau had the deal almost completely finalized. The entire process was effortless. From kamau in sales to Jason the manger to dan the finance manager and tavian the ram specialist everyone was more then pleasant. You can tell everyone takes great pride in customer care. I would be more then willing to make the 800+ mile trip again to buy from this stellar team again in the future ! Ps I am absolutely in love with my new truck !!!
