Dirigo Food Safety

Dirigo Food Safety and Dr. P are one of the top 3 investments we have made in our company. Yes, it is a lot of work, yes you have to do put in the time but the information, tools, templates, videos and support are all there for you to develop a comprehensive food safety program. It is more than attainable and it is nice to go back and rewatch the videos and trainings over time and implement them into your food safety training program.

Do not enroll in their program, your $15,000 will be wasted if you do. Basically your money gets you access to videos that are 5 times as long as they need to be and do. It cover much. I was previously working with Karen Talley and everything was going great during facility design. Well Karen either was terminated or left the company, no notice that our project manager is no longer with the company so for weeks our emails weren't answered and nobody thought of redirecting her email to someone still with the company. Now I have been trying to work with Dr. P and it is basically impossible. Her answer to every question is go watch this video. We are opening a new facility in a week and a half and went through the courses we were told to do, then we were told there's homework so. Now we are going through it once again. If Dr P responds to this she will say I am the issue and I didn't give myself enough time but it's pretty hard to accomplish much when there's no communication and it takes a week to get a response to an email. Invest your money elsewhere if you are looking for consulting because I got burned for $15,000
