We hired Pure Cleaning Solutions to clean 18 windows and remove mold from around the window frames on our home. They were meticulous and thorough. The windows look fantastic! The communication and customer service was excellent. They were courteous and called or texted back promptly. They did a great job and we would hire them back again.

This company sucks. I have ordered kasa smart plugs from them 3 times this year and they have canceled the order all 3 times on the day that the products were to be delivered to my home. No explanation or anything, just "we canceled your order" and "you'll get your money back in about 10 days which is 20 days after the original order when they took my money. Bunch of low life crooks is what they are not delivering the merchandise that people pay them for. Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau about this matter today.

Pure cleaning solutions just finished my summer rental. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, they got it so clean it looks like new. They also cleaned a very dirty sofa and got the same results. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again.. Services: Upholstery cleaning, Deep clean
