Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They took care of everything and even added little details that meant SO much to our family. Tommy and Elizabeth keep checking in with us and let us know they GENUINELY care and are here to support us thru our hardest time. I'm so glad that I trusted Robert's funeral home with my loved ones.

My experience at Roberts Funeral Home & Cremation was pleasant and reassuring. They cared for my daughter after she died in a car accident. Rylee was so helpful and kind and made this terrible time more bearable. She helped to make my daughter look like she was sleeping peacefully for our small family gathering before cremation. They took care of everything we needed and shipped my daughters ashes to me. Later, I also received a beautiful engraved Christmas ornament in memory of my daughter. Elizabeth followed up with a text to let us know that they were thinking of us at this sad time and to ask if they could help me anymore in my time of grief. I cant think of a better place to have loved ones taken care of in a familys time of sorrow.

In particular, Robin DesJardins and Leon Roberts went above and beyond the typical responsibilities of their roles, to assist with all aspects of dealing with the death of our loved one. Tommy and Rilee were so helpful to us when my husband passed. They handled everything so quickly and efficiently and are just wonderful people. I would definitely recommend Roberts Funeral home in Winthrop.
