Terrible wait times. Took my money but did not provide quality treatment. Tell me to return and spend more money. Rude nurses. Go to Maine med.

The staff was very nice and accommodating but upon entering the facility, which I thought was a quick care,should have explained the apparent cost. A family member had strep so I thought it would be wise to get checked out even though I had no symptoms. Took my weight,height and blood pressure.a simple swab with a Qtip. Price569.00. Huh

Compassionate urgent care is for minor injuries broken bones, sprains, strains, and illnesses. It can only handle minor injuries at best. I know, I will not ever go back there again. Maine Medical Partners Lake Region Primary Care is more knowledgeable.

Someone shut this place down. Truly your health and safety are top priority and this place will not care for you and examine you properly. The only decent human encountered tonight was reception. Had my one year old needing to be seen due to possible respiratory distress waited 45 minutes in the room after encountering the most awful and rude lady named Sheila. My child was barely examined and I left with zero help. This place is a dumpster fire. In addition we ended up in the ED at Maine Medical Center the next morning where he was examined and immediately tested for RSV which came back positive on top of his Covid.. Take you and your family anywhere else. Youd probably get better help asking Facebook than these people.
