        I went in trying to find a small enough syringe to feed a baby mouse we were trying to save. The customer service was phenomenal as we tried to find something that would work. One of the kind-hearted associates had raised them before, and with little convincing took over Operation Save Kevin. Absolutely made me a customer for life!

        I'm not sure what the gripe about the manager is but she was amazingly helpful with us. We're from out of town and needed help with a snow blower, ours died and we were in a bind. She offered us the trailer to haul the snowblower back to our place, a discount on the snowblower and helped us load it as well. She has a dry, witty sense of humor and was very candid with us about our purchase and expectations which I sincerely appreciate. This place is always busy, but everyone that works there has always been tremendously helpful and courteous. It is much appreciated.
