        Lush soil, a lot of easy trails and some with steep hills, the trails aren't well defined, but while foraging for mushrooms I really didn't care. This is a great place to forage.

        This cute park is one of the many hidden gems from PRLT in the greater Portland area. It was fun to follow the brook and see the fish. It's a great place to bring young kids. My only reason for 4 stars is that the particular trailhead we used had VERY limited parking and likely would only fit one vehicle. So be prepared to go to another trailhead for the preserve if you are there on the weekend, which, I could imagine, is busier than the week day we visited.
