Terrible customer service. Been waiting 2+hours on my prescription. I called they tried saying they didnt have it. Called my doctors office and sure enough Walgreens had it because my Drs office was able to see that they did. So I go in and ask again and after telling me its not there I explain I already called my DR and they tell me finally oh yea its in the que I said Ill wait for it. They tried to talk me out of waiting but here I am still Blonde tech tells me MY pharmacist decides whether or not youll get 3 days or 28 days. I said I need it daily so I need a 28day. I call Mainecare Pharmacy Help Desk and tell them what they said and they called them right up put me on hold and said Im all set for my full month prescription.Now I see why they have a 2.1* rating.

Honestly the most rude and unprofessional retail pharmacy experience of my life. Unhelpful and condescending. Transferred an Rx to another location and they immediately fixed the issue that this location was too busy (aka lazy) to fix. Never again.

Probably the worst walgreens there is. They're so slow and so rude. Please avoid it if you can
