Just had a great experience with Tom and LRI, I brought my Forester in for some transmission warning lights and inspection and they did a great job explaining what the risk was of each step in troubleshooting, and the reality of working on an older vehicle. All service was performed as explained. Very fair and up front, I would recommend them.

Despite being a regular customer for decades they refused to take responsibility for damaging a tire and charged $130 to fix the issue they caused. Ive recommended them for years as being fair and reasonable but clearly something has changed. They lost my business and I certainly wont be sending others their way. In response to their reply I most certainly did not hit anything in the less than 1 mile between leaving their parking lot and the low tire pressure light coming on. I very much wish that I had just called AAA and gone to Sullivan Tire.
