        They need to explain when the charging people for stuff and offer the solutions in the highest price and products for everything really thinking about taking my dog elsewhere lots of unprofessionalism and unprofessional talk over there

        The communication I've received from them lately indicates there too busy or they don't have their information right. I feel brushed off, as if they want me to go to another vet without actually saying that. It's gotten to the point unless it's an emergency and I drop a lot of money they are don't have time to see you. I don't need to be forced into emergency visits.
