Cottages at Summer Village

Cabins are old and in different states of disrepair.owners are flat out demeaning to renters. Management is more concerned about the condition of your vehicle then the fact that you will be parking it in a mud bog especially if you are unfortunate enough to get a rental any place other than the top of the park. Speaking of parking there is relatively no parking throughout the entire park and most visitors will have to park in a field and wait for a trolley to take them back to their cabin( when it's not broke down) in which case you will need to walk the half mile or so back to your rental unit. There is not a single place on the 62 acre campus that you can even Glimpse the ocean so be prepared to sit in traffic for meals or entertainment. all in all I think there are better places to spend your hard-earned thousands of dollars then at this particular location

Weve rented our cottage via AirBnB. First off we got caught off guard telling us to bring your own towels/sheets/blankets. I was panic! We were traveling from California, I have never been to a travel stay and being asked to provide own such basic amenities!!! We negotiated with our host, luckily she agreed to provide those as complimentary. The cottage turned out nice, clean and comfy. However, at night, it was pitch dark with absolutely no lighting anywhere! Also it is adjacent to a deep wooded area with no fence or blockage to that wooded area. As a facility that should be family friendly with kid playgrounds and swimming pools, I would be seriously concerned to stay in a property environment like that if we had little kids! For that reason I gave low rating to the location.
