        The campground is nice and well-maintained and Megan does a great job, but since Dave & Molly the original, local owners sold it to a nation wide corporation just a few years ago the park fee has almost doubled to $8,300. Its so sad how corporate greed has adversely affected retirees trying to enjoy their golden years. Its shameful.
