I contacted Lynn, asking if she was taking new patients. I spoke with a receptionist, filling her in on the details of my daughter's health, and the receptionist said she would call back when she looks at the schedule, to determine how soon (if at all) they can take new patients. I never got a call back, and I called them four times, leaving messages each time. I politely requested a call back, whether or not they could see her, and still I never received a return call. Some people would say that I should take the hint, but with a PROFESSIONAL, I figured a call back was the least courtesy. If guess if you're looking for courtesy, this is obviously not the place.

I LOVED Dr. Cote! I only saw her twice before I got married and moved out of state and I am so sad to no longer be seeing her. She is so sweet and really makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful too!
