        Sarah Catherman was great to work with. The firm helped me with a property acquisition in 2022 that went very smoothly and their fee was very fair. I just had a deed issue on another property and they resolved it with one call. Because it was so easy and didnt require drafting or filing on any paperwork they did it free of charge! I will always use mdbs for any hurdles I come across in Kennebec County.
