Town Fair Tire

Don't bother to stop in, overpriced and a little on the shady side. I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation waited an hour they brought it out and nothing had been done...unbelievable right? If you want a good deal on tires and top notch service see Gary at The Tire warehouse.

Very bad service. Do not get service here. I had an appointment for the free snow tire change over that is provided when you buy tires from them. They had to remove the 4 snow tires and install the 4 summer tires which were already of the wheels. I have been waiting 1 1/2 hours so far and they are telling me it will be at least another 30 minutes. 2 hours to remove 4 wheels and install 4 different wheels? No balancing, no tire removal, no mounting. This should be a 15 minute job at most.

Came in at 7:50 (Open at 7:45) Got a price on two new tires and installing two used tires. Man was very helpful and friendly. Asked when it would be done, was told "1 hour or so." Had to work in P-land at 9:45. Came back at 8:50 told it was still being done and it would be another 40 minutes. When it was all finished I asked why it took so long and the other man I hadn't worked with got irritated that I was even asking and told I was lucky to get out of there in under two hours. The man I checked my car in apologized and took responsibility. Should have called me to let me know that it wasnt going to be an hour Got to work at 10:20. Will go next door next time and get it done in under an hour.

I dropped my wife's car off to get new tires put on with the optional alignment option (paying extra) and asked if the car could stay in there lot over night due to not being available to pick the car up after 4 due to working second shift and when I went to pick the car up the next day that's when all the problems started. The keys were in the center console..... locked in the car, the problom is they were my only set. i went back inside to bring this to the attention of the manager and was told that I authorised them to do that. AAA was called and 1:15 later the keys and my receipt for the the tire purchase with options was in my hands as I marched out of the store. After I got home I realized that they never gave me a alignment adjustment print out, with how bad the service was I'm assuming I was defrauded the money for the alignment and one was not done. If I could give zero stars I would Update 12/26 Went back to town fair tire to ask for a copy of the alignment adjustment print out to give town fair tire the benefit of the doubt. They could not produce one from there system so I asked for a refund. I was quickly given one. I was then asked if I was the one who left the one star review. I said yes and was told "that's so messed up" the employee I was dealing with then notified all the other employees that I was the one who have the bad review.
