        Signed a contract. Was supposed to maintain home and manage Tennant. Completely dropped the ball. Claimed Tennant was too angry to manage. Never inspected home. Tennant stopped paying rent. She couldnt collect payment even after reassuring me she could. I eventually informed her that my Tennant needs to be evicted and thats when she persuaded me not too evict then cancelled out our contract. She did help send a 30 day notice but her notice was invalid. She cost me thousands in lost rent. Do not go through them. They will only collect your payment.

        Stay away from this company !!! They will break their own legally binding contracts without batting an eye and avoid your calls. They send out people who are not legally certified to perform work on your home putting you and your family at risk. Renters and home owners beware !
