I kept calling for over two hours to try to get a question answered. Kept getting disconnected and wasnt even placed on hold. I had to call customer service at the store to get connected to someone which they did right away. So I wasted my entire morning calling them when they just didnt answer their phone

They never have things ready on time. I called in a refill a week ahead, it was said to be ready the following Saturday. Go then, it's not ready. Go Sunday. Not ready, go Monday, now completely out. Not ready. Told it'll be thirty minutes. I go back, wait in line, at that point had been 40 minutes. Not read told 10 more minutes. Waited 20 more minutes, before jumping line to ask an update (I was sitting in the waiting area) the girl gave me an attitude. Such poor customer service. This isn't the first time this has happened at the Topsham location. This has happened more than a handful of times. Not to mention the staff is almost never friendly, especially their head pharmacist, and the line is usually wrapped around the produce section or out the door. No longer using this service it so poor.

I think they are the best. I moved and still pick up meds at Topsham Pharmacy. The whole staff is great and efficient They do a great job..
