We just finished working with Bill and crew on a backyard landscape project and wanted to say how pleased we are with the entire experience. Prior to the project start Bill visited the site and had conversations with us to get an understanding of our desires. His expert knowledge in the field, professionalism and passion for landscape immediately gave us confidence in moving forward with Willie C. Throughout the project Bill was consistently in communication and any concerns were responded to with an email, phone call or on-site visit. As with any project, we came across a hurdle due to Mother Nature and Bill went above and beyond to put us at ease and resolve the issue. We look forward to working with Willie C on future projects. Thanks for delivering an exceptional level of care from start to finish.

I had an awful experience with Willie C. & Sons. I was a longtime customer of Riverbend Landscaping, which Willie C. & Sons recently acquired. The new owners failed to communicate a lot of important information, including that the price of mowing services would rise by $15 from what Riverbend had charged. They also did not communicate that they do not do biweekly mowing, which was my prior arrangement with Riverbend. They never checked in about my needs and expectations; just started mowing and billing without any communication beyond an email stating that I was their customer now. The results of this nonexistent communication were disastrous. Normally, my bill for a month of mowing service is $110-165. With Willie C. & Sons, it was $330. Moreover, they did not do a good job, leaving areas unmowed and string trimmed for no apparent reason. I came home one day to find they had just mowed but left random weeds obviously growing tall in my lawn because they didn't mow them. I understand that costs are going up for everything. This is why communication is key. Willie C. & Sons did not communicate the changes that occurred when they took over, nor did they make any attempt to understand my expectations for lawn care service. Instead, they just went ahead, did shoddy work, and send me outrageous, surprise bills. I am no longer a customer and am happy to be working with another area company. Service: Lawn care
