        I called Jim with hopes to pick his brain, as I had no experience with residential electrical. He spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me going over the issue and asking all sorts of related questions. With his over the phone guidance and knowledge, I was able to fix the issue I was having. Will for sure be considering Jim in the future with any/all endeavors beyond my own knowledge.
