        My family and I have used Bill exclusively over the last 20 years, any time we have bought or sold a home or investment property (I think it has been about 10 different transactions at this point!) I am now a real estate attorney, so I have a lot of experience working with brokers, and have never seen anyone even close to being as diligent, responsive, and knowledgeable as Bill. I think he has seen it all, and no matter when we reach out to him, or how silly our questions are, he always responds immediately and with great advice. He has gone way above and beyond on more occasions than I can count, and whenever we have needed a recommendation for an inspector, contractor or anything else, he has been right there with just the right person.

      Thank you so much Patricia! I loved working with your family. And you still hold the record for the most homes shown but ultimately we found the right one in a great neighborhood and I got to sell it twice so it was well worth the effort.
