We had a CMA done by a realtor, and then an appraisal done by Mr. Stokes. He came in 30% under the CMA. The CMA, which is done by free, by realtors (without even having to list) gives you a breakdown of the property, the barn value, house value, land value, etc. I asked him for the breakdown and he responded "No". Call me old fashioned, but when you spend 1000$ for a service, you'd expect a polite and respectful follow up. 1 Star for zero manners and an innacurate appraisal.

Not impressed with his knowledge. Comps weren't even close, total waste of time and money

Jason is fantastic! We needed a timely and accurate appraisal of our property for different time periods and he more than delivered!

Really wasnt that impressed first our appointment was forgotten about so he had to come by last minute on a weekend, then lost all the pictures to the bottom half of my home. Im sorry but these are not mistakes a professional makes, these are amateur mistakes. I understand things happen, but seeing these flaws makes me feel like the appraisal itself was flawed anyone would feel this way.
Edit: After seeing his reply within 5-10 minutes of my review and the way it was formulated tells me theres ego involved here, so let me help ease the pain.
I hate to be the 30 year old to teach you a lesson in business after 26 years but goes to show theres always room for improvement, like your response.. Never make excuses, especially when theres no previous information for evidence. Accept the poor job done and see it for a place to improve your business and service. Youll still be learning these lessons after 30, even 50 years in business. Why? Because everyone messes up and owning up to it is the best way to not only win back a bad customer experience, but to increase the value your business brings to future customers. I know egos and business are hard to separate, especially when youve been doing it for awhile thus take it the wrong way, but remember even Michael Jordan didnt win every game. Its a chance to improve for the next game though. Take care
