Gary at Alpha Heating spent a lot of time explaining the process of installing a new heat pump for my home, planning where to put the outdoor condenser and indoor units, and worked with me to satisfy my aesthetic concerns. He not only has the right equipment and qualifications to preform a professional installation, but also is great at communicating about the timing, costs, and process of installation. After Gary installed a heat pump as the main heating source in my home, my aging oil boiler (which I continued to use only for hot water) needed more repairs, and Gary installed a new heat pump hot water heater in one day! Gary CAN also fix your oil burnerbut try a heat pump, theyre great! The even, quiet heating units, coupled with having hot water at a nice consistent temperature make my home feel so much more modern and comfortable. I also love the vacation feature of the heat pump water heater-it can be set to turn off for the days youre away, and then turn back on the day before you arrive, so you dont needlessly heat water, and dont need to remember to turn it back on!
