All the Staff were Very friendly, My.nurse practitioner is the. Best! Absolutely no wait time. Nasson Health is definitely the most comfortable place that I have ever been.

One day they fixed a tooth but actually only cause more problems to tooth had to wait months to get back in to get them to fix what they messed up. Pain for months, wasn't painful before. Another visit male dentist was making fun of patients at one appointment basically laughing at us being poor and our teeth being crap. Another time was scheduled for hpv vaccine that require more than one. When came time for next shot appointment was canceled not explaining why. No one bothered to reschedule. I call ask when it will happen n why the appointment was canceled. Come to find out they were out of stock and would reschedule when they were restocked. The appointment never was rescheduled its been over a year plus still no call to get the other part of the vaccine that was so important to recieve. Still need teeth worked on but too afraid of the damage they will cause.

I started going to Nasson Healthcare at the end of January 2023. I had recently been admitted into the emergency room 3 times due to a UTI/cystitis that spread to my kidneys because my former nurse practitioner dropped the ball on my diagnosis so I had been suffering from a UTI since the fall of 2022 my former nurse practitioner had me waiting months for other appointments like a colonoscopy, MRI, CAT scan instead of dealing with the problem at hand my bladder! I started going to Nasson Healthcare I was referred to Morgan Brockington NP, I believe she gave me1 urine culture not sure if it was sent out? Everybody has been saying I had bacteria in my urine, the urologist included or should I say the physician assistant. I had several appointments with Morgan and my lower belly was distended in my back was killing me! I told her I knew I needed antibiotics several times she did not re-test my urine. I went to a urologist and come to find out Morgan is friends with him, he again drops the ball on my diagnosis, he diagnosed me with cystitis!, he blew it off and stated maybe it was an infection, maybe it was spicy food and told me I needed pelvic therapy and I should listen to his PA then let me go and never treated my cystitis/UTI that had recently spread to my kidneys back in January. The urologist and his PA didn't listen to anything I said nor my complaints. After I had seen the urologist a good month went by and I thought that's funny I've never received a call from Morgan B. I called the urologists office and ask for them to send me a copy which I received a week later and noticed the cystitis diagnosis in writing. Why hasn't Morgan contacted me and let me know that I have cystitis it can spread to your kidneys you can have kidney issues you can get sepsis and die! Those are the facts!! Again I am in chronic pain I have been bedridden for over 10 months! I make another appointment with Morgan to discuss my diagnosis of cystitis and she looks at me and says you need pelvic therapy and that is exactly what the urologist said and that's because she was in touch with them but neither of them seem to want to let me know I had cystitis nor treaters it!!I'm not a doctor but I know pelvic therapy is not going to clear that up! After that appointment with Morgan I was not happy I asked her what am I doing here if you can't help me so she referred me too Rihanna Meadows whom I had a video chat later that day on the phone. She told me to go back into Nasson Healthcare and have a urine culture done and it came out I had a UTI and a bacteria that causes UTI and immediately treated me with antibiotics. No one has ever explained to me what cystitis is everything I have learned has been on the Internet! I didn't know you were supposed to stay away from coffee and juice etc..acid foods So it kept aggravating my cystitis. Morgan gave me a referral to another urologist and had interstitial cystitis written down which is different from cystitis! I found out you can get antibiotics online through WISP and don't you know I felt better within three or four hours after taking a Macrobid. Nasson is all about charging Maine care and not following through. I just went to the dentist there yesterday to fix an ill fitting filling I had done six months ago that's been bothering me off and on and the dentist who is in charge of the dentists didn't even fix it. He was annoyed like I was taking up his time I've been in pain and lied when I called back and said he drilled it when in fact, he did not drill it. He took a buffer to the side because there's a sharp area which the buffer did not work! They just want to charge Maine care and not do the work and have you come back and you keep coming back. Follow up! I went again today same story, so I called some people I used to work for and told them the situation, they don't take Maine care, but they'll just charge me A reasonable fee. They will rebuild the tooth so its more level to get me by until I can get a crown put in. Not going back!
