Harbor View Motel & Cottages

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights when we came to visit Acadia NP. Room was clean, had a great view of the harbor, and friendly service. We would occasionally hear the guests upstairs moving around so if you are a light sleeper, beware, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Should we come back we would check first to see if Harbor View Motel & Cottages had availability before anyplace else.

Rooms: Very cozy,Very clean,oceanside view from a lot rooms. And theyvseem to be recently remodel. Safety: Very safe and cozy.. staff is very concerned and try to be aware of everyone well-being at all times.. Food & drinks: With in a half mile food,pizza,subs,drinks, and the bar next level that I don't recommend but its close bye and there food and drinks are ok/good..

We love this place! Stayed dozens of times when we cant get home to our island. The owners are really terrific!

Lovely place at the ocean, very clean with friendly and helpful staff although the rooms need an upgrade... no AC, no microwave, a very tinny shower bay, hot and cold water taps are separated, and the fridge is very small. The mattresses are quite old and uncomfortable. No breakfast is available, but in the office, there's a microwave and a toaster available 24/7. You can also get free coffee any time during the day. There are many restaurants and coffee shops at a walking distance but quite pricey
