We visited Hinckley with our non-Hinckley powerboat on two occasions this summer for fairly routine repair of worn generator and throttle components, and replacement of an alternator. The work was completed quickly and professionally with innovative approaches, enabling the use of components already on site. They even accommodated us immediately without an appointment late on Friday afternoon for a minor but critical switch replacement. John Pratt, Scott Smith and Mike the mechanic were all fantastic. Steve always is attentive to details and responds to any issues promptly. The boat is in great shape each and every year. It is especially gratifying to know that if there is a problem on the water, I can call someone who can help solve it. The boat has been delivered in the spring on time with each item we noted addressed and in great condition. The Jet boat service has kept us worry free out on the water. Our service manager has been critical to this success. He is always quick to respond to a question and provides great suggestions, and insight, for maintaining and improving the boat.
