image I would give 0 stars if I could. Scheduled a vaccine appointment and arrived on time and the pharmacy was justclosed. There were a bunch of other people waiting to pick up prescriptions and there was no number we could call or anything to find out what was going on. Wouldnt recommend getting prescriptions or vaccines from here.

image I have never left a bad review before, but there is one pharmacy tech who is incredibly rude and condescending. I also work in healthcare (Im a nurse) and understand its rough times, but there is no reason to be so nasty. She has been unkind on multiple occasions. Everyone else who works there has been fine besides the one unkind tech.

image What a shame. I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Back in the day when it was still Target Pharmacy, everything was perfect. When Target sold their pharmacies to CVS, the changes at first were minimal, and things stayed good for a while... but it has gotten so bad during the past five years that I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Too many problems to list them all here, but the major ones are delayed refills (sometimes delayed by a week or more); they no longer call or text when a refill is ready; sometimes the pharmacy is closed without any notice about why it's closed or when it will reopen; I witnessed the pharmacist being extremely mean and hateful to an elderly customer who asked a simple question; I've heard the same pharmacist loudly gossiping about customers and healthcare providers, within earshot of customers standing in line; and recently they gave me the wrong medication, which could have been disastrous if I had not noticed it. I've been fiercely loyal to this pharmacy, and I will especially miss the pharmacy technician who has been here for many years she is an absolute gem but the problems have gotten so bad that I have to put my safety first and find a different pharmacy.

image I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I am autistic and physical disabled. I had my prescription delivered and it was delayed due to recent weather. Out of concern I called to ask if my prescription would still be safe to take when it came because it can't get below a certain temperature. I know nothing about USPS and if they unload trucks at night. So I called and spoke with a pharmacy tech or pharmacist to just ask if it would still be safe to take IF it was left in truck in the below 0 weather. The women I spoke to was very condescending, rude, and made me feel so stupid. Her tone was rude, cold, and mocking. She even laughed after making me feel stupid. I could cry. As someone with Autism I am sadly used to people being rude and making me feel stupid, so I know nothing will come of this.
