We just worked with Alex to close on our first house. I highly recommend Alex and his team. Couldn't speak more positively about our experience. Alex is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was completely committed to getting us into the house that was perfect for us. We worked with other realtors before meeting Alex. One of the big reasons we stuck with Alex was that he wasn't just trying to sell us on a house that wasn't right for us. For example, he pointed out the hidden costs, in the form of an aging roof or worn-out boiler, that weren't immediately obvious and would've caused heartburn after closing. Instead, we were able to weigh those variables in formulating our offers. This built a tremendous amount of trust in Alex, and eased the stress of the process.
