Much like every other review on here, I received a collection notice from the Thomas Agency for services I was never billed for. This is unacceptable.

This is the first time I've ever ever found it necessary to write a review for any business.
It's shocking to me this company is able to do business in Maine given their lack of consumer protection and poor billing practices.
With most medical bills, there is an appeal process. In my case, I believe I was double billed. The only way you can communicate with anyone is by calling. I called twice with questions about my bill. I was on hold for 20 minutes both times. I have perfect credit and they have now sent my bill to collection agency. This has never happen to me before in my entire life. something has to be done to make this company more accountable.

I was not informed prior to my surgery that some of my care would be subcontracted out to Spectrum Healthcare Partners. They continue to send me bills that have already paid. As many others have said, their online portal also does not work.

HORRIBLE BILLING SERVICE! I NEVER RECEIVED A STATEMENT AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE I OWED THEM ANYTHING AND GOT FOR THE 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE A COLELCTION LETTER FROM THOMAS COLLECTION AGENCY! HORRIBLE! OF COURSE I WILL PAY, BECAUSE I PAY MY BILLS.... TERRIBLE SERIVCE!! TERRIBLE.

I received a collection notice from the Thomas Agency for a service I already paid for, without receiving any sort of bill from Spectrum. Very shady.
