Great rooms. Nice pool, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. My only issues were the elevators are the slowest I've ever been on and not enough elevators especially when they are booked to capacity. Also parking is tight. Overall great experience!

We booked a room due to the ice storm power outages and damage to our home. First room was dirty with mold on tub caulking, what looked like a chest hair and something small and black under the bedspread when I pulled it back. Surfaces were not wiped down. I complained to the manager and we were given a different room. On our way to our new room there was a dog in the elevator (dogs are allowed here) and the woman warned us to stay away because "he's not good with people." The next room had an odor but was visibly cleaner so we just accepted it because we were exhausted. That night a dog was barking in the hallway until around 10 (we were going to call the desk if it continued). We checked out at the front desk the next morning and were given a 20% discount for the issues we had. I was given a paper receipt. I was going to let it all go until I had a new charge on my credit card this morning. I called and was told that we never checked out and were charged another night! Now I have to chase after the manager later to have it fixed. We would have been better off staying at home and running our generator! Update: When I spoke with the manager, Shane, he told me that he would have to "check the security cameras" before he could refund me to make sure I didn't actually stay another night! I was flabbergasted. He finally agreed to immediately refund me before checking his cameras. It was their fault that when I said I was checking out and handed them the room cards that they didn't check me out.

The pool was so warm! The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Nearby activities: We loved how many things were within a 10 minute drive that the kids could do.

This hotel was awesome! The staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and so clean. There was a Keurig coffeemaker in my room! I suggest you give them a chance to impress you! Noteworthy details: The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. I don't know the specifics because I drove my car. Worth using that perk if you can. They are pet friendly!!
