Fox Family Dental

The word family is misleading. Ive been their patient for several years and I work in a high tech industry where there are some last minute urgent business meetings. I called the office today telling them I wont make it to my cleaning appointment due to a work meeting and they said Ill be charged $85 if I do not show up. I asked where this was ever communicated and they said in the new patient form which I filled 3-4 years ago.. thats not how you treat family

Fox Family is the best dental practice in Portland. The dental hygienist, named Isabelle, was smart, knowledge and caring. She explained everything in detail as she performed the processes; and her concern/care for my well being were paramount in her actions. The dentist displayed the same amount of concern, while the administrative portion of the visit was flawless. I want to thank everyone at Fox Family Dental for treating me nothing but professionalism. By far the best dental practice in Portland. J. Lucero
