Hi Destinee, thank you for contacting us about your recent service and your feedback. You brought your vehicle to us to diagnose an inoperative rear washer issue and grinding brakes and were advised of the diagnostic fee when you dropped the vehicle off (which you were made aware of and signed for on our work order at that time). We inspected your vehicle for the items that you requested and also performed a free courtesy multi point inspection. When testing for the washer issue, our technician noted that initially none of the wipers or washers worked, indicating an intermittent issue with the wiper switch. This was confirmed by not only the technician but the store manager as well. They did start working again during testing (again indicating an intermittent issue that if not resolved will become worse) and we advised you of that as well. We also advised you that you needed rear brake pads and rotors due the brakes being completely worn down and grinding (an unsafe condition). In our multipoint inspection we noted there was a loose left front sway bar link and a worn drive belt (that you were also aware of) which we recommended replacing. We advised you the rest of the vehicle was in great shape and these repairs would put your vehicle in top operating condition. We attempted to obtain coverage from your extended warranty to cover the repairs and they stated that your warranty has exceeded the mileage and is no longer valid. We checked and diagnosed your vehicle properly and completely, assessing the issues you were concerned about and provided pricing to perform the necessary repairs and even attempted to get coverage thru your extended warranty, which we could not.
