Travelers provides excellent customer service. I had some questions about my policy, and their representatives were patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process. I liked their professionalism.

Look for any reason to drop you, dont notify you during cancellation. I had an open claim with what I thought were up to date payments, they dropped me and when I said cant I just pay it? They told me I had an accident filed and it had been canceled for months. Id paid them 15 days ago. I asked if I could get a refund since I hadnt been covered those months and got no sympathy or even solution. Just find another policy.
