I bought a stove on March 30th and it was delivered April 3rd. Great price, the delivery guys were very courteous and quick! In and out of our home in less than 10 minutes. Highly Highly recommended!

Staff member gave conflicting info. Diff from phone to in person. Prices aren't so low as to divert from competition.

Hello Eli,I apologize for my staff giving you conflicting information. If I knew what the info was, on what product, who you spoke to and when, then I might be able to clarify or explain what happened.We aim to have low competitive prices all the time. Currently we are in the Black Friday promotional period, so everyone's prices should be low. One area we tend to beat all the competition is the extras. We charge less for dryer cords, washer hoses, range cords, and removal of the old units. Removal of an old unit is $25, all the other stores are $39 to $50. Nor do we charge handling fees or unboxing fees as other stores do.Again sorry you were given conflicting info.Thanks,Jim

I'm so sorry I never dealt with your store before so I take back the 2 rating stars that I pasted ...
I am from CANADA and last time I have been in the USA was when I was a little boy 45 years ago .
Once again I apologize & once I get feedback from you I will erase this Rating immediately .
Your store seems like a fine place so i am sincerely sorry and sure hope that you didn't loose business because of my rating .

I'm sorry that we were unable to meet your needs. If you had left more information, I would be able to respond better. It appears you are from Ontatio Canada, which might be part of the problem. Our service area is limited to southern Maine. We don't ship to Canada. We don't even deliver across the state border to New Hampshire. I've now bought a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave from them over the past five years. Prompt service, very knowledgeable and the best prices in town. The guys who have delivered/installed everything have been great too.

Our refrigerator had died on a Sunday which makes shopping for a new refrigerator very stressful. We had gone to two other stores prior to stopping into Appliance Warehouse, one was locally owned and one was a big box store, unfortunately, the locally owned store didnt have the unicorn fridge we were looking for and the big box store didnt have anyone available to help us. My husband had heard from a co worker to try Appliance Warehouse. I was skeptical because it seemed like another box store but Tony came right up and listened to what we were looking for, had us look at a few on the floor and when we found what we were looking for but wanted a larger size, he was so helpful in finding it for us. He was able to schedule a speedy delivery so we wouldnt have to be without a fridge for long. And even better, I found that the store is locally owned. We have found our new appliance store. We are so thankful for Tony for all the help and care he showed us in finding a new fridge.
