        I am a disabled widow who had frozen pipes since Friday Feb. 3rd. I called several plumbers including Provencal Enterprises. I left a couple messages and I understand that many plumbers were backlogged because of the brutally cold temps last weekend. My complaint is that I never received a call back-even if they were booked up-it is only common courtesy to call the customer back! I would not recommend Provencal Plumbing and Heating!! As it turns out-I could not get any plumbing company to respond but thankfully my nephew and a friend helped me.
