        Not a good experience. Arrived to rental office with daughter and 2 small grandchildren. When we registered, the car was jot available. Had just been returned and would take "at least 20-30 mins" to clean. "No alternative cars are available" was the terse response. We prepaid for a large SUV. 20 mins later, a car was delivered which was a mid sized SUV. With 2 grandchildren crying, I just took the car w/o checking. When I arrived at our destination, my wife pointed out that we have been billed $300 more than the Priceline guarantee (for a smaller car). The staff was not very friendly or helpful.

        I have rented for years and have been very pleased, however last rental during the pandemic at the Skowhegan location the car was disgusting. Inside was very dirty I was shocked at the lack of sanitation during this time. Will not rent for awhile unfortunately.
