Charles is a true professional. I called around to get my boat cover repaired after the last windstorm and was told that it would take at least 2 weeks before they would even look it. I called Charles and he told me to bring it down to his shop that afternoon and he would take a look at it. After looking at it, he said he could repair it and make it stronger than it was originally and he gave me quote on how long it would take him to get it done. He also said he would have completed in about a week's time. He kept his promise and had it ready in less a week (6 days). His quote was right on, no extra or hidden charges. He stayed in touch with me the last couple of days and sent me an invoice via email prior to me picking it up. Upon picking it up, he showed me the work he done to re-stitch the covers - both front and cabin (Bowrider) as well as how he reinforced them by sewing strips on the inside as well. He repaired/replaced missing snaps. Did an A Number 1 job. And get this, he provides a lifetime warranty on his work!!! I consider myself very lucky to have met him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any type of canvas repair as well as creating new boat covers. He takes CC, Cash or Check.
