Cats on Call is exactly what you want a cat clinic to be - personable staff who have knowledge and personality, a vet/owner who is amazing and caring, and an overall atmosphere of both knowing their stuff and making their in depth medical knowledge accessible to the general public. As a high strung cat mom who panics every time her cat coughs, Cats on Call is flexible and accessible but also great at politely telling me that I need to calm down and that everything is totally fine. I also really appreciate all of their recent tech updates, which are very exciting. If I could give them 100 stars, I absolutely would.

Dr. Abby and her team have been the most compassionate, knowledgeable and accommodating veterinary practice I've ever had the pleasure of finding. I knew they were great when my cat was healthy, but when she started having symptoms of a skin disorder last year, they immediately identified the problem and got her working towards remission. Their hard work and dedication saved my baby and I couldn't be more grateful!

I cannot recommend them enough. The entire team is amazing. Dr. Abby has great recommendations and is very open to finding the right options to care for your kitty. My cat was not well when I brought him to Cats on Call in the spring and he has had a 100% turnaround. He is back to having a healthy coat and weight. He has also started playing with his toys again. I can't recommend them enough for your cat's care.

Cats on Call has been so incredibly amazing. My 15yo baby kitty had been sick, showed signs of improvement, then took a sudden turn for the worse. I both called and emailed Cats on Call in a panic on a Tuesday night around 8pm. Given the severity of my cat's situation, they got back to me first thing Wednesday morning, and were at my house that afternoon. Unfortunately my kitty had developed some serious health problems that either our previous vet missed or that came on very suddenly. We ended up losing our baby girl, who we had had in our lives since she was a month old. But Cats on Call helped us say goodbye to her in the most comforting manner. I cannot stress enough how wonderful each staff member I've dealt with has been. This is definitely my go-to hospital for her litter mate who is still with us. We just had a wellness check for him today and I am so pleased with how thorough the vet was! My previous vet never gave us any details about our cats' health, but Cats on Call explained everything in detail. Both the vet and the tech were great. They took my cat's health very seriously. TL,DR: House calls can be pricey but the in depth care and individual attention they provide is so worth it! UPDATE: The passion these guys have for cats is so evident whenever we have an appointment. They've showed me what a good vet, vet techs, and vet assistants should be like. Every interaction has been positive, they show love to my cats as if they were their own, and they always give me such detailed information and treatment options. UPDATE DEC. 2023: BEST VETERINARIAN EVER. My two kittens just had their spay surgeries. The vet, techs, and assistants have been so incredibly considerate, making sure we have all the info we need, kindly answering our plentiful questions, and checking in to make sure their recovery is on track. They even asked about my 15yo who had been under the weather. This is an above and beyond vet. I hope that the world treats them kindly for all the love and care they have.
