I got into a really bad crash and state police called them to take my car. I have Triple A and they advised me to not use it, big mistake. The man took my car and when I asked for a business card, he said he didnt have any and that I should just take a picture of the truck. The man didnt tell me the price of the tow or how much for storage. When I asked he said it was $150 for the tow and $50 everyday for storage, which is something you should tell your consumers. They also only take cash, which is insane to me.

Police had my daughters car towed by this company. Worst service ever! They charge $50 per day that you dont move your vehicle. They do not return calls, to even let you know that. The man i spoke with after calling several times was aggressive, and accused me of lying saying they had already called me and hung up on me!
