      image I have been through all the phases of Turning Point and I am still sticking with them. It has been most beneficial for me,personally, due to the fact that I have C O P D and my breathing has improved with the program 99% to the good. The new phase just started is very exciting ! It is a strength period that I am really looking forward to participating in. If only more people knew just how beneficial these programs are, they would be pleasantly blessed for it. I know I am.
