During Summer 2020 we invested in a landscape project that we had been waiting to pull the trigger on. Caden and Sean did an amazing job meeting our needs and expectations. The project was executed perfectly and we could not be more pleased on the transformation.

really glad my daughter recommended this company for me to use. had them over last week to tidy up an investment property (mow tall overgrown grass/clean up the landscaping and repair sidewalk) Great crew very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and family!

I've been Caden's customer for a few years for snow plowing, he's always on top with communication and never left me hanging. Recently I had him repave a section of my driveway in front of the garage due to a drainage issue. I've reached 3 companies and they have either declined to do the work or did not respond at all or booked out until next year. I called Caden and next thing you know my driveway was repaved in 3 days, looks great and no puddles formed. I highly recommend Ta Property Maintenance for basically anything property maintenance related!

Beautiful work on my driveway! Amazing attention to detail, not one drop of tar on my granite steps, paver walkway, or vinyl siding! I highly recommend Ta Property Maintenance for anyone who is looking to sealcoat their driveway or parking lot. I will be signing with them this winter and coming spring for their additional services (plowing and landscaping) thank you Caden and team for your work!
