Prime Cut Landscaping

Jane, We apologize that you feel as though you had the worst experience with Prime Cut Landscaping as your contractor. There was damage caused to the property when a fire hydrant was accidentally hit, all repairs due to this damage was contracted through insurance and although it did take a long time because the repairs were unable to be made in the middle of winter they were made as soon as the weather permitted. Unfortunately the lawn mowing was out of our hands as additional phases that were being built on the property were not contracted to be taken care of by our company. We reached out to the property manager on several occasions throughout the summer season with attempts to have addendums to include the new lawn areas added to the contract and never received any response. Unfortunately because of insurance reasons we cannot just add additional areas out side of our contracted services. Per the contract with the association at the preference of the property manager, we were contracted to complete parking spaces at the property 24 hours after the storm had been completed. As far as any communication with our staff or management, our policy is unfortunately to only communicate with the property manager of an association like this. Because the property management company has been hired by the association to assume communication with any vendors that are hired we feel as though keeping that one point of contact rather than several contacts allowing for people to be left out of the loop is important, we apologize if you felt like this approach was rude or unprofessional, it is our policy with all condo associations that use property management companies. Again, I apologize that you feel as though you had a very negative experience with Prime Cut, that is not the service we aim to provide. As a company we also chose to go our separate way from this condo association at the completion of our current contract because of our negative experience with the property management company that manages the property.
