Just had this company come out an install a new electric water heater. They were amazing, quick, clean and friendly! They recommended they install the electric water heater in a different location than my current gas water heater which I never knew was an option and we love it because its no longer in the middle of the basement! We didnt have hot water for a couple hours and he answered my messages when I texted wondering how long it would take to come back, then he called at the end of his day to make sure we had hot water before he went home for the day. He also showed me how to change the settings on the water heater as well as the temp which I was appreciative of! If youre looking for a company that shows when they say they will and knows what theyre doing call Roubo and Sons hvac, you wont be disappointed!!
