I've been a loyal customer almost 9 years. My recent experience is horrendous involving a credit for filling my tank. In September they offered a $30 credit for a fill up. It was never posted to my account when ordering fuel in December contacted customer service was told they would e mail their supervisor and it would be credited to my account! However when ordering fuel this week now February still not resolved! I contacted customer service again was told there is only one person who can issue the credit the same woman they e mailed in December was sent another one and I was put through to her voice mail left message no response! Evidently customer SERVICE is not part of their DNA! Looking for fuel look elsewhere!

I was originally calling to pay off a balance from my girlfriends account and then order some oil. When they pulled up my account they said that in addition to my gfs previous order, I still owed on a purchase from a few months ago, I told them I was pretty sure I paid it but was told otherwise so I paid about half of my total and was told their accountant would look into it later that day. They told me the next day there was no error and that I owed the amount. It wasnt until I said I found the charge on my banking app that they did a bit more digging and found I did, in fact, pay. After clearing up the details I was told my balance was zero. I had to point out that I was still owed $50 back for over paying. I asked to get that amount refunded to my card, thankfully they were able set it up but upon asking what card it would be put back on I was told one of the two cards, they didnt know. I know mistakes happen but this was borderline ignorance/negligence.
