Hannaford Pharmacy

I am always treated like a rock star when I go there. They are incredibly friendly and always say hello to me and know my name. They may not have my prescription ready the next day, but if I show up, they bump it up to get it ready while I am shopping. I don't think I have ever had a negative interaction there.

I have never dealt with a pharmacy that is so incompetent. Every single time I call in my phone order it is never ready!!! They called me yesterday and said they only had a certain amount of my prescription available the rest was on backward I said no problem just give me what you have and when I went to pick it up this morning of course it's not ready, and it's going to take them 30 minutes to fill it. It's unbelievable how incompetent this pharmacy consistently is...

If you like to be judged and treated rudely this is the place to go. I get a prescription that is technically a controlled substance,but is NOR something that makes you high in any manner, but because its a controlled substance I get treated like a criminal for wanting my medication. You'd think I was trying to get pain pills. When I get an non controlled prescription filled its ready in minutes and all of a sudden they're really nice, when it's the other one its hours and You'd think I was trying to rob the place or something. I actually never had a problem in the almost year I've been coming here until there was a new technician who I seem to always have to deal with.
