        I cannot say enough good things about FTF! The coaches are phenomenal, the overall atmosphere is encouraging and enjoyable. Every class is a blast! You feel great on the inside, and out!! FTF is your gym family!

        Such an awesome gym. The equipment is all brand new. The coaches and the members are super friendly and welcoming. It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is, every day the workouts are programmed for you and EVERY class is run by a certified trainer that works with you to help you in any way you need. They change lives at FTF. Whatever your goals are, they can and will happen here. All you have to do is show up, they take care of the rest.
